Penny joined the SW&L team in 2025 and works with Attorney Adam Wogland in matters relating to Business Law and Real Estate.
EDUCATION HISTORY
Penny attended North Dakota State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science. In 2025, she earned her Paralegal Certificate through an online program offered through University of North Dakota.
PERSONAL BACKGROUND
Penny grew up in Minot, ND and moved to Valley City in 2016. She lives there with her husband Bryan and little dog Birkley. Penny has one daughter, and Bryan has a son and daughter that are both married. In her personal time, she enjoys reading, shopping at local boutiques and is addicted to watching COURT TV.
